At KIIT Quest, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated information at any time using one of the two methods below:

✅ Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

This is the fastest and easiest way to delete your account. You can do this directly from within the KIIT Quest app in just a few taps.

  1. Open the KIIT Quest app
  2. Go to Profile or Settings
  3. Scroll down to find "Delete Account"
  4. Tap the button and confirm your decision
  5. Your account will be instantly deleted

📧 Email Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to the KIIT Quest app or prefer to request deletion via email, you can use this method. You must send the request from your registered KIIT email address for verification.

📝 How to Request:
  1. Click the button below to open your email client
  2. Send from your registered KIIT email (@kiit.ac.in)
  3. Include your full name and phone number for verification
  4. Wait for confirmation (we'll respond within 48-72 hours)

⏱️ Processing Time: Manual deletion requests via email are typically processed within 48-72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.

🗑️ What Data Will Be Permanently Removed?

  • Personal Information: Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address
  • Academic Profile: School/Department, Engineering Branch, Semester
  • Authentication Data: Password (hashed), Login Sessions, Tokens
  • Usage History: App activity, preferences, and interaction data
  • All Saved Content: Bookmarks, favorites, and custom settings
📊 Note on Anonymized Data: Some aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained for statistical purposes and app improvement. This data cannot be linked back to you and does not contain any personal information.
